Use the opportunity to give something to ensure development in the sector by joining one of the Institute’s working groups, such as the Validation Board; contributing articles for the Knowledge Centre, or for one of the many trade press or Strategic Partners we work with; preparing and delivering presentations at Institute events, or at events staged by our Exhibition Partners; offering help and advice on a one-to-one basis by volunteering as a mentor in our mentoring scheme; representing the Institute on external committees and working groups; or applying to the Register of Chartered Security Professionals.
