Our panel features three accomplished professionals with diverse expertise in cybersecurity. Clare Johnson, PhD FBCS, is the Head of Capability at ITSUS Consulting, where she leads the company’s cybersecurity services. She is also the founder of Women in Cyber Unlimited and an advocate for enhancing skills and diversity in the sector. Graeme Moss heads the Cyber Security Architecture, Consulting, and Engineering team at the University of Leeds, providing security advice across university projects. Beyond his role, Graeme dedicates much of his time to organising community cybersecurity events such as BSides conferences and supporting hacker and privacy organisations in Northern England. James Bore CSyP MSyI, is a cybersecurity expert and Managing Director of Bores Group Ltd, with over 20 years of experience. He holds an MSc in Cyber Security, authored The Cyber Circuit, and is a regular speaker at international events like GISEC and NEOM Cityscape Global.
The discussion will be moderated by Prof. Simon Hepburn MA MCMI FRSA, who will guide the conversation on key topics such as understanding the fundamentals of cybersecurity, identifying essential skills for success, and exploring pathways to enter the profession.
