INTRODUCING OUR ONLINE VIRTUAL CONFERENCE

CENTRE

Over the last few years, we have excelled in providing our delegates with a comfortable, exciting space to educate and learn,
with previous venues such as The Crystal in 2018 and the Royal College of Physicians in 2019. This year we had carefully
selected 1 Wimpole Street situated in The Royal Society of Medicine, but due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, we were
disappointed to postpone this venue until 2021. All disappointment was soon put behind us all at HQ with the excitement of
planning and organising a Virtual Conference and exploring the ideas of what this could look like.

So without further ado, this year we are proud to welcome you to our online Virtual Conference Centre. It is not just our speaker
presentations that have gone digital, but the whole venue! Access our Conference Centre through our reception, where you
are able to access our website, browse the delegate brochure and for those of you who are not yet members, find out what
membership has in store for you.

But the fun doesn’t end there, we have launched a fully interactive Exhibition Hall with sponsors and exhibitors from some
of the world's top industry leaders and suppliers in Security. Feel free to browse the exhibition stands in your own time
throughout the week and find out what services our exhibitors can offer you and your business.

Finally, we welcome you to our Conference Hall, take a virtual seat, grab a pen and paper, and tune into some of the
world’s best thought leaders in security and science, as they welcome you to presentations every day at 10am and 3pm. All
presentations are accessed via our Virtual Conference Centre, so you can come and go whenever you please and return to later
speaker presentations by accessing the same link.

Finally, do not forget to check out our CSyP stand in the Exhibition Hall, where you can find out more information about joining
the Register of Chartered Security Professionals, and also our Charity Auction stand where we are raising money for the
Security Benevolent Fund - we have numerous things up for grabs, including sporting memorabilia, weekend breaks, dining
experiences and fun days out! Find out more on page 10-11.

So although this year we are not physically experiencing some of the remarkable venues we have done in the past, we really
hope that you enioy our bespoke and tailor made Conference Centre. Remember to stay in touch on Social Media using our
Conference hashtag #SyIVirtualConf, because although we are not able to meet face-to-face to network, we are eager to
hear your thoughts and see your feedback throughout the week.
