Senior Corporate Security Position

SEARCH & SELECTION NOTICE

PROSPECTS FOR TOP AND OTHER SENIOR CORPORATE SECURITY POSITIONS

Exceptional Opportunities for those with the abilities, aptitude and determination to take on the most senior positions in an outstanding multi-national company headquartered in Europe

Summary

David Burrill, CEO Burrill Green, has been personally contracted to assist an outstanding multi-national company in its succession planning preparations. Especially, this includes search and selection for the CSO position and, secondarily, finding other highly talented people who could fill other positions in the company’s global security leadership team.

The corporate security (and security intelligence) function in this company has, under the leadership of the current CSO, achieved remarkable credibility and broad recognition as a fully business integrated entity. Reporting directly to Board/ExCo level, it has impacted, to the enormous benefit of the business, as a general business partner as well as a provider of sheer technical excellence.

David is seeking applications/expressions of interest from individuals who are at the top of their game (globally and regionally), vocationally driven thought leaders and pragmatists, experts in and devotees to stakeholder relations management, with strong business acumen, and with established professional networks. In short, looking for the very best.

Applications from the public sector (intelligence and security agencies, some branches of the military or law enforcement) will be considered. Assessment of candidates’ ability and aptitude to transition successfully, emotionally and practically, to a significantly different working cultural environment will be a more determining factor than current career success alone.

Tenure, Terms and Remuneration

A tenure of 10 years or more is the target period for new employees. Location for the top position will be in Europe, others will vary. Employment may be on the basis of expatriate, local or enhanced local contracts subject to personal circumstances and negotiation. Positions offer highly competitive remuneration packages together with other benefits.

Application Procedure

Applicants should contact David Burrill to express interest by email. David will acknowledge contact and explain next steps.

David’s email address is: [email protected]

The closing date for applications is Monday 11th October 2021.
