Objectives of This Role
Deliver technical security consultancy services to clients
Delivery of projects from initiation to completion
Provide project management services for clients
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Management of projects using allocated resources
Chair client meetings and workshops
Weekly reporting of project status to team lead

Undertake design development
Work closely with risk management, design, support and specialist teams
Managing travel arrangements
Project budget management
Deliver against personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Experience Needed
A minimum of 7 years’ experience in the security industry
Highly experienced in technical/physical security measures (CCTV, ACS, IDS, HVM, Doors, Walls, etc)
Experience conducting projects in both public and private sector environments
Experience in project and programme management
Experience with RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) stages
Experience in the production of technical and business reports
Educated to a degree level or suitable vocational qualifications
Recognised professional membership/certification (e.g. MSyI, CsyP, CSMP M.ISMI, PSP, CPP)
Prince2 or an equivalent Project Management qualification is advantageous

Provide training to new joiners on PMO processes and tools used and train project managers on the best ways of delivering projects
Prepare reports, including status reports, RAID logs and Power BI, and tracking and analysis of budgetary information
Enforce the Change Control process – manage changes in project scope, schedule, resources and budget
