The Security Institute Events
NAHS
On the 22nd and 23rd of November 2023, we attended the National Association for Healthcare
Security (NAHS) Annual Conference and Awards at the University of Birmingham.
Thank you to all our members, exhibitors, and visitors who came along to meet us over the two days.
We welcomed professionals from varying security disciplines to our stand. This exhibition was
centrally located in Birmingham and provided a hub for our members to come along to meet
The Security Institute and the Chartered Security Professional teams and ask questions.
There was a fantastic calibre of speakers covering a wide range of critical healthcare security-related
topics, as well as networking opportunities giving delegates a chance to catch up with peers and meet
keynote speakers and subject matter experts, the NAHS Executive, and conference exhibitors.
The conference closed on the 23rd of November with a black-tie Gala Dinner Awards Ceremony to
celebrate all the healthcare heroes for their outstanding contributions to healthcare security.
We had a thoroughly enjoyable two days attending NAHS 2023.
