Welcome our newest HQ

Team Members

Rachel Owen
Marketing & PR Assistant
Join us in welcoming the one of the new addition to
our HQ Team: Rachel Owen.

Rachel will be working alongside Jade Lapper and
Ben Harding in the Engagement Team, to support
this fast growing area of the Institute.

After graduating in 2013 with a BA (Hons) English
and Creative Writing from Birmingham City
University, Rachel turned her focus to starting her
family. Through the Covid-19 pandemic she decided
to start her own business, and looks forward to
continuing this whilst joining the Institute at this
exciting time.

Heidi King
Administrator

Join us in welcoming the newest addition to our
HQ Team: Heidi King
Heidi will be work in our Finance Team with
Helen Stone, taking over some of Lisa Molineau’s
responsibilities as she transitions to a new role
within the Security Institute.

Heidi is an experienced Accounts administrator
with 4 years in a similar role. Driven by her
commitment to her role and customer rapport,
she takes pride in providing the best customer
service.

During her previous role she was selected out of
200 colleagues for a “We go beyond” award
When she is not keeping busy with work you can
find her helping out on her family’s local farm or
taking part in events for charity.
