CSyP, is the Director of security engineering at the Security Industry Regulatory Agency, Dubai. The
Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) was established in 2016 by a decree from HH Sheikh

is not only a qualified Engineer by trade, he is also a Chartered Security Professional, being admitted
to the Register in 2018. Eng. Arif will be discussing how thermal screening is a tool to be utilised
alongside existing measures and in this presentation, we explore the Dubai Government’s advice for
the appropriate use and efficacy of such technology. The advantages and disadvantages demonstrated Connect your team
