When I first heard of CSyP I didn’t realise how naturally my experience and background fitted within the remit Professionals Professionals
of a Chartered Security Professional. I had a stereotypical view in my head of what a security professional
should look like. However other CSyPs and the application team were very welcoming and helped me to
navigate the recruitment process and understand what they were looking for in a CSyP candidate.
