Voting Details

This year’s AGM voting will also be held digitally!

On 1st April 2021, all members eligible to vote (Associates, Members and Fellows including
Retired Members) should have received an email from elections@mi-voice.com that contains a
unique voting code and the instructions on how to cast your ballot.

The voting process is straightforward and should only take a couple of minutes to complete.

Please do not forward the email to anyone else as the button contains a voting code that is
unique to you and can only be used once.

What is being voted on?

• The following items will be voted on:
• Acceptance of the 2020 Statement of Accounts (see page 26)
• Acceptance of the 2020 Resolution and Elections Notes
• Acceptance of the Appointment of our Accountants
• Election of Directors (see opposite)

When can I vote?

Voting opened on 1st April 2021, and will close during the AGM. This extended voting period
has been set to ensure that members have longer to vote.

Voting will remain open for the first half of the AGM, meaning that you can save your voting
link to vote live during the meeting. You can only vote once, so please do not click on the link in
the email to vote, until instructed to do so during the meeting.

All nominated Directors will be in attendance at the networking session prior to the meeting,
which means that you have the option to meet the directors up for nomination before casting
your vote.
