This year’s election for Directors to join the Board is one of the most important in recent
years as there are in effect eight (8) places, up for election at this AGM.

Having completed three years on the Board, these Directors now seek your support for re-

are retiring from the board after 11 years and six years service respectively. Further to this,
Alex Yates FSyI also resigned from the Board during the year. This has now created three (3)
