John Sephton FSyI, MMAG Co-Chair and Security Institute
Director of Membership Engagement, stated:
“The MMAG is a great tool to enable the membership to communicate with the
Institute management and its Board of Directors, and I am proud to lead it. This
platform enables all members to put forward what they think and any ideas,
no matter how different they are to enhance membership are always welcome.
We have seen the MMAG membership grow in recent months with a dedicated
number of professionals who truly want to enhance the membership offering
and contribute to the Institute has been encouraging, and coupled with the
new community platform I can really see the community of the MMAG and the
enhanced engagement it brings go from strength to strength, and I appreciate
every level of member who speaks out and helps us along.”

Our Big Ask Survey

We have again launched our Big Ask Survey to the membership.
Our mission is to gain invaluable feedback from our members on
aspects such as the joining process, membership benefits, events, and
marketing.

This is another opportunity for members to share their opinions, and
offer feedback that will inform how we will improve our Institute and
membership experience going forward.
