Our Year in Pictures
In 2019 we held our biggest Annual Conference
yet, with over 290 delegates attending. This
year’s theme was ‘People Centred Security’,
the conference included a diverse range of
speakers, including: Dr Martin Gill CSyP FSyI, Dr
Paul Martin CBE, Lisa Reilly from the European
Interagency Security Forum (EISF), Dr Victor Olisa,
presentations by CPNI & NaCTSO and many others.
Our Awards recognise We have continued

The Security Institute has continued its successful partnership
with Perpetuity Arc Training, providing an award-winning pathway
of distance learning: BTEC Level 3, BTEC Level 5 and IQ Level 7
qualifications in Security Management. During the past year, 226
Learners completed one of our courses.
We have also became proud supporters of the Defence Discount
Service (DDS), offering a 20% discount off of our course fees for the
UK’s Armed Forces Community and Veterans.
