The CTSIG was launched under the leadership of Chair Chris Stevens CSyP FSyP, with the inaugural
meet in December 2019. Many potential sub-groups have been identified, the CTSIG has the potential
to be one of the largest in the Institute due to the subject matter and breadth of spokes leading from

Interested parties in securing; Sharing Information between professionals; Feedback i.e. what works
and maybe what to avoid; Appreciation of the costs involved and need to support recommendations.
Inclusive Security SIG Launched
In July 2020, the ISSIG launched with Anna-Liisa Tampuu ASyI and Lisa Riley as co-chairs. The SIG
aims to explore and understand how engagement with all groups of society will pave the way to
innovation and how inclusivity can lead to enhanced practises in the broader field of security.
Setting up the ISSIG is an important step to mark the work ahead for the Institute to explore how
inclusion in security can lead to innovation in our broader field of security, and how we can bring
about change together. Lack of diversity in an organisation, or in a sector more broadly, can limit
innovation and adaptation to the evolving marketplace.
